Generate models to formulate strategic alternatives that will be useful to achieve organizational goals.

Upon my arrival at my district, I have presented a plan to the church board that will help the church to achieve its goals and objectives. One of the strategies that the members and I have found to be very useful and helpful is the involvement of every single member’s form twelve years old to up. Due to the rigidity of the weather, the Sabbath school was barely attended. So, plan was presented where every member has to call somebody on Friday night and has a responsibility to perform a weekly basis. It is amazing to observe that same service that used to have 5 to eight people, is now being attended by 35-40 members.
