Through this PhD program, several classes have been offered to me but among them, Cultural Diversity remains my favorite one for many reasons. It gives me a better understanding of the values of other cultures. Also, it helps there is no inferior and superior culture for culture remains culture regardless of the political and economic power of the nation. With regard to the negotiation issue, there are two formulas that I enter a room of negotiation. First, I avoid to take side and start with a mindset regardless who is involves or not. With that approach, negotiation has always a positive end where everybody realizing that it was simply a misunderstanding.
