Work Experiences
Senior Pastor
Capernaum SDA Church (Northeastern Conference)March 2013 - Present

As the Senior Pastor of the church, I have several responsibilities. I have to plan several activities on a yearly and quarterly basis. At the end of every quarter, I have to prepare a preaching schedule for the church. Personally, I have to preach three Sabbath a moth and schedule a qualified elder or a guest speaker for that other Sabbath. Besides preaching, I have to train and equip the members to be more effective in fulfilling their tasks. Also, visiting the members at their houses and those who are sick in the hospital.

Senior Pastor
Ephese (Northeastern Conference)February 2009 - January 2013

During my tenure at that district, the responsibility was a huge for not only I had to plan for that church but also coordinated for other churches in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I had to prepare a quarterly preaching for every single church, training session. Due to the inclemency of the weather in the Northeast were the churches are located, I had to schedule a three-four weeks evangelistic meeting during the summer.  Furthermore, I had to plan an eldership board, church board twice a month, communion service every quarter of the year.

Senior Pastor
Ben-Emmanuel (Northeastern Conference)March 2009 – February 2013

Not only that I had to perform the same responsibilities at this church as I did at Ephese, I also had to face the challenge of the building that could not pass city inspection with thetown of Randolph. The biggest challenge was the decision of the authorities to close the building because of the hazardous and danger presented to health congregants.
