Create learning environments, in a holistic manner, in order to contribute to the formation of other professionals:

In one of the subject that I studied in Church growth,  the church is considered as a hospital where everyone  who steps in is sick and looking for medicament and I  also think  that everybody  who is at the church is looking for some kind of help whether spiritual or others. As the leader of the congregation, after Jesus, I try, all the times, to find best ways possible to meet the needs, and help, assist them as much as possible. For instance, I have implemented a system where every member who have to go to the doctor or to immigration appointment and are able to speak understand English quite well to get a translator.
